Jen cared for our puppy Dash for two weeks during a 'board and train' opportunity and we could not rate her highly enough. Jen was kind, gentle and thoughtful with our dog and it was a tremendous relief to have Dash in the care of a trainer so skilled and conscientious. Dash returned to us far better trained but also remarkably calmer. She could leash walk with greater ease, was able to remain in her xpen and crate without barking or whining, chewed on all of us much less often and had made clear progress on recall. Jen provided video instruction and articles for us as well as a 45 minute follow-up call where we learned a ton about new research on dog behavior and care.

We plan to continue to use Jen whenever she has availability - Dash also adored her.

Our puppy stayed with Jen while we were on vacation around the holidays, and he had the best time! He lived in a home like he's used to, and had a huge fenced play area to explore - it's a gorgeous location. Jen sent updates regularly, paid close attention to our little guy, and he even came home with a few new skills and a cute trick that he learned! I can't overstate the value of boarding a young dog with a knowledgeable trainer - Jen was proactive about ensuring adequate enrichment and preventing our puppy from practicing behaviors we might not want in the future.
